I did end up wearing something sparkly on New Years Eve…. Here is just a sneak peak of what I wore, more photos from the evening will be up soon. It was a lovely night with family, friends, food and firework.
I´m so excited about today! The weather is unreal and it´s going to be so much fun dancing in the sun… Woohoo!
May this year bring you more love and even more happiness!
Lots of love
Passed by the adidas store the other day and saw that they had a massive sale on the Stella McCartney for adidas, the sale is also available online. So much nice stuff, I´m really obsessed with the running shorts….
Today I´m going in to the city to find my New Year´s Eve dress, woohoo! Can´t wait to see those amazing fireworks over the Sydney Harbour. New Year´s Day will be ALL IN at the Secret Garden Party at the Ivy Pool. Soo excited….
Chocolate & Coconut Protein Cookies
- 2-3 tbsp Whey Protein
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 2-3 tbsp Cacao
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Dates
Mix it all together and add water untill you have a nice cookie dough. Place the cookies on baking paper and garnish with nuts, I used walnuts. Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Perfect snack and craving fighter!
I´m falling in love with Sydney again! The best way to appreciate the city you live in is to have visitors and being the tour guide. I had the most amazing day showing my brother and his friend Isac around in the city. We had lunch at the Opera bar, shopping and afternoon drinks in Darling Harbour.

I really love the idea of food for health, I love learning about how we can increase our health and prevent diseases based on the food we consume. I think it´s so important that we focus more on the foods we should eat, rather than the foods we shouldn´t eat! There so much focus on the foods that are bad for us, which we should avoid and eliminate from our diet. But what about all the amazing and delicious SUPERFOOD´S we should be eating.
Being healthy and eating nutritious food is not only about the outside and looking sexy, it´s equally as much for your inside!
Become a SUPERFOOD fanatic like me :) At least it´s good for you!
Eggs // Avocado // Almonds // Cashew // Goji Berries // Pumpkin Seed
Hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and that you were really spoilt. My brother arrived in one piece last night without his luggage (sooo annoying)! It´s time for me to be the big sister and really spoil my brother…
Have a great day!
Hope you guys are having a beautiful time!
Lots of Love
Swedish Organic Beef Meatballs // Tomato & Basil Sauce // Black Bean Pasta
On a traditional Swedish Christmas table there is always Swedish meatballs. In Australia Christmas Eve is not really celebrated so I thought I would make a Swedish tradition with a twist (Italian influences) for my man tonight.
Stumbled upon this article about Stacy McMahon at SimplyShredded.com. These pics are definitely keeping me motivated to stay on track with my chin ups, rather than stuffing my face over the next couple of day´s!
I have done some Xmas baking, but healthier options of course! Gotta stay FASHIONABLEFIT!
Merry Christmas Friends!

After two and a half years ”Down Under” – I´m going back to Sweden!!! I was offered a pretty AMAZING opportunity that I couldn´t really say no to. So here we go, contract agreed upon – tickets paid for – only three more weeks in Australia.
I´m so excited over this opportunity and to come home and be close to my family again. At the same time I feel so sad to leave my family and friends here in Sydney. Leaving my man is going to be the most difficult thing EVER!
In life you sometimes have to take risks, regardless of how hard and difficult it might be. If I woulnd´t have left Stockholm and my family and friends in Sweden to begin with I would never have met the LOVE of my life. I would never had taken the risk and created Fitness Sphere. Success in love, career, health and wellbeing sometimes requires BIG changes and BIG risks… Don´t be afraid to make changes and take risks in life – strive for success!
