ORGANIC MINCE MEAT BALLS / STIR-FRIED CAPSICUM & SNOW PEAS /ROCKET / HUMMUS
1. To control my diet by bringing lunchbox to work everyday:
I managed to do this pretty well! I did eat out like three times during this time, however it was still very healthy.
2. To train 5 resistance session per week:
I was doing really well the 2 first weeks, I was on a mission to prove to myself that work, stress, lack of sleep would not get in my way. The third week everything caught up with me. I was focusing all my energy on my new job and trying to get organised before Cameron would arrive. I did not achieve my secondary goal!
3. To reach a fat percentage of 8.5 from 10.5
Bio-Signature is a skin fold analysis done on 12 sites telling you how each site relates to the hormones in your body. I didn´t reach my goal, however I was down to 9.5 %, the leanest I have ever been! I also had a lot more treats that final week than I usually have. I general I crave more sweets when I´m overtrained or a bit burned out.
The interesting thing was that:
- My calf reading which relates to my sleep was absolutely SH*T.
- My stomach which has never been a problem was a bit higher which relates to stress.
- My hip which has never really been a problem area or priority was higher as well, due to having more sweets than I usually have.
IT ALL MAKE SENSE TO ME!
Can you see how Bio-Signuture actually can give a reason to why hormones in your body is responding the way they are. It can be discouraging when you feel like you work so hard, but at the same time it gives you such a good explanation to why I didn´t reach my goal.
Dont´t be discourage if you don´t always reach your goal, circumstances will sometimes have an impact no matter how hard you try! Brush off and get up again!

WEIGHTED HIP EXTENSIONS
Another of my exercise tips: I think that this exercise actually makes your lower back look really sexy. Along with other back and hamstring exercises I incorporate hip extensions to get my lover back looking sexy and strong.
If the gym doesen´t have a seated hamstring curl /laying hamstring curl machine this exercise can be a good alternative as your hamstrings are still activated during this exercise, that´s if you can´t do some sort of deadlift. Hip extensions are not a substitute nor the same movement as a hamstring curl, however I always look for alternative exercises when the gym doesn´t have the equipment I need.
Note: This is if you have already done the exercises laying hamstring curl and some sort of deadlift.
I´m starting a new program today and I´m letting go of the control and Cameron has free hands to tell me what to do. It will be interesting to see if I will be able to let go and let him do his magic. I´m so excited to see what result I will get in 3 weeks!
I´m doing my BioSig today, so in my next post I will be evaluating the 3 week challenge. I´m certaint that it won´t be as good as I aimed for. I was sick and a bit too stressed at work last week, however that´s life and no excuse! I´m still very excited to evaluate how I went in order to improve for next challenge.

”I´M ON THE CONSTANTLY HUNGRY DIET” – This is what I think when I hear people say they have salads for lunch. Seriously how are you going to stay full and keep your energy levels up all day when you have a green-leaf salad for lunch? My suggestion is that you start incorporate more fibrous carbs into your diet like broccoli. You will get the fibers you need and stay full and energised for longer. This also works if you are waking up in the middle of the night starving. This means that you need to add more fibrous carbs into your meals.
I´m so excited about this weekend – I have been working all week so I have not been able to spend that much time with Cameron. I feel like visiting all the health food and organic shops here in Stockholm today. But first a mad training session of course!
LAT PULLDOWN – PRONATED GRIP
You probably can´t tell because of the funny faces that I´m pulling in these photos, but this is one of my favourite exercises for the upper body. Haha!
I mostly use free weights in my training sessions, however this is a good machine to use and incorporate into your routine. This exercise has helped increasing my strength in my lats as well as helped me with my chin ups.

Sushi a great healthy alternative when dining out. I didn´t have enough time to prepare my lunchbox today, so I went for some amazing Japanese food. I believe Sushi is such a great complement to a healthy diet.
Ps. The rolls were not for me, I rarely eat white rice FYI.

I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A ROMANTIC VALENTINES DAY! I´m not in LA but I feel like I´m in Lalaland…. I just wanted to let you know that if I´m not blogging it´s because I´m having Valentines day everyday! and working like crazy of course…
Very soon I will be evaluating the 3 week challenge and see how well I achieved my goals. How did everyone go? I think we might have to this again, what do you say?
My favourite Swedish training gear brand has to be Casall! Since I was about 10 years old I have been dancing around in tights and tops from this brand. My best friend Kim was very nice to give me these exercise gloves in exchange for a Fashionablefit training program. I have been wanting to buy a pair of training gloves for quite some time. The inside of my hands are just a bit too hard-core when you have to shake hands with some serious people everyday ;)
Ps. I should probably give a BIG thank you to her Eva as well ( Kim´s mum) who carries a lot of Casall products in her store in Vara.
So excited spending the evening with my brother, and then early morning to the airport to pick up Cameron! Yaaay!!!

LAYING HAMSTRING CURLS
Hamstring curls often goes into my programs along with deadlifts to shape, tone and get my hamstrings sexy and tight. Depending on the program I vill very how I point my toes, in this routine I have my toes pointed in and my feet creates a triangle. Try It! This is a great exercise to incorporate into your routine.
I don´t know where to start when it comes to everything that is happening in my life at the moment. Work surprised me to tell you the least – I don´t think I realised the amount of pressure I would put on myself and I really underestimated how exhausted I would feel. However complaining about it doesn´t solve anything, and it makes me think about all the great things that has come my way…
1. I am currently working on a project with Marketing Managers and CSR Managers for companies such IKEA, Coca Cola, SPP, WWF, Telia, Siemens, Nordea, Ministry of Foreign Affairs to name a few…
2. I have had meetings with the Ministry of foreign Affairs and I will have the opportunity to collaborate with them on very exciting projects.
3. The LOVE OF MY LIFE is arriving tomorrow to spend five weeks with me, words cannot explain the happiness!
Turn your negativity around and appreciate all the great things in life. Life is hard but your negative attitude will make it worse!
