No better way to kickstart my Sunday than with an awesome workout at the gym. This will be my fifth day of training this week, so in order to achieve my secondary goal I have to drag my butt to the gym. I failed on one thing this week, I had lunch out one day. It was still considerably healthy and Kim´s brother was in Stockholm so I wanted to spend some time with them.
NOTE: You don´t have to be socially retarded just because you like setting health and fitness goals. You always have a choice – and just because you choose to have dinner out with friends doesn´t mean that you must have the burger and fries like everyone else, but if you do So What!!!!! Have your cheat meals but make sure to pay the price for it in the gym… Today I´m paying the price for last nights treats!
Today´s payback session:
- Stiff leg deadlift
- Laying hamstring curls
- Seated hamstring curls
- Incline chest press
- Standing dumbbell shoulder press
- Flat bench dumbbell flyes
