The fruit just tastes so much better in countries where it has been locally grown and produced, and not shipped around half the world. The fruit here tastes amazing. The food also go off very quick here in Spain though, and I think this is due to that the fruit is actually picked when it´s ready to eat. Compared to Sweden where you can have your avocados for weeks at home before they are ready to eat.
I´m now in the search to serve the food at the bistro in some unique way´s. I have a few ideas but I would love some inputs. If you have any quirky ideas how to serve food – please feel free to share!
