NO BUTTS ABOUT IT…

HI FRIENDS,

Yay Friday! Almost weekend, and you are probably thinking training today – ”But it´s Friday” – ”But it´s almost weekend, I should just give my body a rest” – ”But I just did my hair I don´t want to get sweaty” -  ”But I don´t really have time today” – ”But I got to get ready for a night out”.

Well I got news for you! There are no buts if you want a butt like this… You need to work that butt! Here are a few butt exercises that I love, and they can easily be done in the convenience of your own home, or outdoors.

Awesome butt exercises:

Air squats

Sumo squats

Split squats

Walking lunges,

Add weights to these exercises and you will soon se your butt reshaping into a perfect ”applebum”!
