THIS IS WHAT MY BREAKFAST MIGHT LOOK LIKE… Quark (kvarg) with berries, nuts and seeds, eggs and nuts, or salmon and avocado. There is only one rule; Never skip breakfast!!!

Morning tea or meal in between meals; Green tea is a given or a coffee with nuts and a piece of fruit if I didn´t have any at breakfast. Green apples with cinnamon is my favourite at the moment.

Lunch is usually pretty simple, some sort of protein; Chicken, turkey, fish, beef with a salad. I like to keep my lunch pretty light as I most often train in the afternoon. It should still be rich in nutrients to keep me going until my afternoon snack, my snack will most likely be a handful of nuts.

Having a healthy lifestyle certainly does not keep me from dining out. In fact I love going out for dinners and trying different cuisines. It gives me inspiration to bring into my own kitchen. Like the beans in the image above, something I´m obsessed with after having it at the The Tree House in Sydney.

Could you please write what you eat during one day? I find it so hard to know what to eat and how often etc if you know what I mean!

Answer; I have a minimum of three substantial meals per day, and two snacks in between meals. I would say that I try to refuel my body with petrol every two hours, to keep energised and my metabolism going. But of course sometimes I´m on the go and it might be difficult to find the time to eat. I always try to have nuts ans snacks in my bag, so that I never go too long without anything to eat.

I hope this gave you some inspiration to what to eat and how often. This works for me and it´s not that hard to maintain and incorporate into our lives, even though we might be very busy.
