TODAY´S LUNCH; GOAT CHEESE & HONEY SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND WALNUTS

I GOTTA SAY  THAT I HAD A PRETTY AWESOME DAY! I feel very pampered and relaxed ready to take on a new week. I think Anna and I might have enjoyed the sun a bit too much though (feeling slightly toasted). Lunch at Plaza beach, we were chatting away for hours, and I´m now determined to get Anna to move back to Sydney with me, haha! Then a pit stop at Ocean Club… Ocean Club´s dancers are just unbelievable – I was blown away by their acrobatics, very cool! Check out Anna´s blog for pictures of the danser´s!

Now: Sunday treat is waiting in the kitchen… My brother just made vanilla protein pan cakes (recipe here) and I got some of my favourite chocolate and coconut rice cakes. The Sunday pampering continues!
