HOW I DO IT? CHEST PRESS, PULL DOWNS, SHOULDER PRESS, CHIN UPS AND ROW…
SWEDISH: Vad jag vill? Ha väldefinierade och slanka armar… Hur gör jag? Övningar som axelpress med hantlar, bänkpress, latsdrag, chins och rodd. De här övningarna gör jag i alla möjliga variationer.
